Today we're launching our most-requested feature set: full enterprise multi-location support. This has been in development for several months, driven directly by feedback from customers managing franchise networks, retail chains, and multi-brand organisations.
What's Included
Per-Location Embed Codes
Every location in your enterprise account gets its own unique site code (e.g. RC_TOR_DT). This means consent records from each location are tracked independently, giving you accurate reporting per site rather than aggregate numbers that blur individual performance.
Head-Office Settings Inheritance
Define your banner colours, default cookie categories, banner text, and consent version once at the head-office level. All locations automatically inherit these settings. Individual locations can override specific fields when they need to — for example, a location in Quebec can set French as the banner language without affecting every other location.
Location Categories
Group your locations by type: Flagship, Retail, Franchise, Warehouse — whatever fits your organisation. Once categorised, you can filter reports by category, bulk-update settings for a group, and track acceptance rates by location type.
Consolidated Enterprise Reporting
The enterprise reports view gives you a unified dashboard across all locations. Filter by date range, category, region, or country. See which locations are performing well and which may have an embed issue (zero records in the last 30 days is a useful signal). Export the full dataset as CSV for compliance purposes.
Bulk Location Management
Activate, deactivate, or close multiple locations at once. When a location closes permanently, mark it as closed with a recorded date — the historical consent data is preserved for audit purposes even though the embed stops serving.

The enterprise tier is designed for organisations that have outgrown a single-site setup:

Getting Started
Existing accounts can be upgraded to the Enterprise plan from the Billing page. New organisations can sign up directly on the Enterprise plan. If you have more than 50 locations or need custom onboarding, contact our sales team and we'll get you set up.
